Today's topic is about time. The older and wiser we get, the less we need of anything else, in the material sense, and the more time we want for everything else. Sometimes we get stuck in the conundrum of having too much time with little to do, or too little time with so much to do. It would be amazing to have the superpower to control time, but even then, is it enough? In this episode, we will explore what it means to cherish our time and how we learn to figure out balance in our lives overall.
The questions we will explore in today's episode are as follows: a) What's more frustrating to you, having a lot of time with no plans, or having little time with too many plans? And lastly, b) Overall, when it comes to the concept of time, value is in having more. With so many options in how we can spend our time, how are ways you overcome decision paralysis?
